WEX’s Risk and Compliance function oversees the Integrity HelpLine. WEX’s Corporate Compliance team
receives, reviews and responds to each report submitted through the Integrity HelpLine. We make every
effort to keep your concern confidential and they do not share information with anyone unless it is
necessary to evaluate or investigate what you reported.

WEX has an opportunity to improve every time you ask a question or raise a concern about behavior that
you believe is wrong. When you take action, speak up and report a possible ethics or compliance issue,
you are protecting your colleagues and our reputation. Remember, WEX cannot address an issue unless
you bring it to someone’s attention.

Report any ethics or compliance concern, including behavior that you believe is wrong such as actual or
potential violations of law or WEX policy, including WEX’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

If you see or suspect behavior that you believe is wrong, or you have a question about what to do, speak
up and ask for help. We would rather that you report a situation that turns out to be harmless than let
possible unethical behavior go unchecked. There is no downside to speaking up honestly and with good
intentions.

From the homepage, you can file a report online or call the Integrity HelpLine.

An intake agent, employed by Ethico, will answer your call. If needed, a translator can join the call for a
three-way conversation.

The intake agent will guide you through a series of questions about your concern. They will ask the basic
“who, what, when, where, and why” to gather the details.

When you contact the Integrity HelpLine by completing a web form, describe your concern in your own
words, providing as much detail as possible.

Provide specific examples of what you witnessed, when, who was involved, and explain why those
situations concerned you. This will allow investigators to better understand and review your concern
effectively.
You can also upload supporting documentation with your report. If your documents Confidential
Information such as sensitive personally identifiable or health information, payment card information, or
other information described in WEX’s Global Information Classification and Handling Policy, please do
not upload this to the HelpLine system. Instead, please coordinate the information transfer directly with
the investigation team.

Following up is important, especially if you submitted your report anonymously. We may need additional
information in order to evaluate your report thoroughly. Please check back within several business days
for any feedback or questions about your report. If you choose to provide your email address with your
report, this enables Ethico to notify you about updates to your report.

Yes. You can return to the Integrity HelpLine online or by phone with your report number and password
to add more details or to answer any follow-up questions from the investigators.

For security and confidentiality reasons, we are not able to retrieve lost report numbers. If you forget
your report number or password, you will need to file a new report. Please mention in the new report
that this matter relates to a report that you filed previously and provide as much detail as possible so we
can connect the reports

Within several business days after you submit your report, the Corporate Compliance team will
acknowledge receipt, and pose follow up questions as needed, through the Integrity HelpLine. We will
share what we can when we finish evaluating your concern. For confidentiality and privacy reasons, we
will not be able to share certain details about the outcome, such as disciplinary actions. You may ask the
Corporate Compliance team questions about the progress and/or outcome of your report at any time
through the Integrity HelpLine.

WEX does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who, acting in good faith, reports possible violations of
the WEX Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, other WEX policies or the law. If someone treats you
differently, just because you raised an ethics or compliance concern honestly and with good intentions,
contact the Integrity HelpLine immediately.

Ethico does not use data mining or off-site web hosting, and they keep all of your report information in
their highly secured facility. Though their servers log some data for statistical purposes, Ethico is under a
strict confidentiality agreement with each of their clients.

If you would like to include supporting documentation with your report, please follow the directions
provided in the online report form or follow instructions provided by the intake agent, if you are calling
to make a report.
If your documents include Confidential Information such as sensitive personally identifiable or health
information, payment card information, or other information described in WEX’s Global Information
Classification and Handling Policy, please do not upload this to the HelpLine system. Instead, please
